Founded by a nurse who believes care should feel personal

TrueHeart Home Health Care was founded by Shay Sastiel, RN, BSN, with a heartfelt mission: to bring compassionate, high-quality, non-skilled home care to families throughout South Florida.

With over 12 years of healthcare experience as an ICU nurse, charge nurse, school nurse, and BLS instructor, Shay saw a growing need for home care that felt more personal and more deeply rooted in compassion. Families should never feel their loved one is receiving rushed or impersonal care.

The name TrueHeart says it all: true, genuine care delivered with heart. It is our promise to care for every client as if they were part of our own family.
